🌎🇰🇬 UNCCD Silk Road Caravan in Kyrgyzstan! The Kyrgyzstan National Land Coalition welcomed international participants of the UNCCD Silk Road Caravan. As part of their visit, the guests toured a demonstration site for the Association’s “Benefits of Nature-Based Solutions in Kyrgyzstan” project, supported by UNECE — @un_ece. At the site, the participants explored practical approaches to climate change adaptation and sustainable pasture management, as well as the role of nature-based solutions in strengthening the resilience of local communities and ecosystems.
This visit marked an important step towards strengthening international cooperation and promoting the exchange of best practices in land restoration, sustainable land management, and natural resource conservation.
