As part of the participation in the III Central Asian Organic Forum and Expo 2026 in Ulaanbaatar, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed with the Forest Agency of Mongolia.
The Memorandum aims to strengthen cooperation in sustainable forest management, restoration of degraded lands, reforestation, and the exchange of practical experience.
Particular importance is attached to cooperation in the framework of Mongolia’s national “One Billion Trees” initiative a large-scale programme aimed at increasing forest cover, restoring ecosystems, and combating land degradation.
