On September 24, a working meeting was held at the Association’s office with representatives of the World Bank to discuss the development and improvement of the agricultural insurance system in Kyrgyzstan.
The meeting was attended by Ms. Tatiana Skalon, Senior Financial Specialist, and Mr. Charles Stutley, Agricultural Economist and Agricultural Insurance Consultant. Ms.Svetlana provided language support during the meeting.
The participants discussed key issues related to the development of agricultural insurance, existing opportunities, and prospects for further improving support mechanisms for agricultural producers.
